Overview
We waive the shipping charge for Orders with a value of Rs. 999 and above. For Orders under Rs 999, a nominal shipping charge of Rs. 50 is applied. We partner only with reputed shipping concerns to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping Timeline
We normally ship orders within 24–48 hours of order placement. Delivery typically occurs within 3–5 working days in major cities and 7–10 days for remote locations. Orders can be tracked online within 24 hours of dispatch.

Address Verification
Your shipping address and pincode will be verified before payment. If the area is not serviceable, we will request an alternate address. Purchases can be made globally, but the payment and shipping address must be within India.
Alternative Address
When submitting an alternate delivery address, you are responsible for collecting the package there. Confirmation of delivery to the alternative address is deemed successful and Classic Legacy is not liable thereafter.
Other Considerations
- We aim to ship within 24–48 hours, but festive or national holidays may extend this to 3–5 days.
- In rare cases of partial availability, we will contact you before shipping the remaining items.
- All orders are shipped with an invoice per Indian Tax Regulations.
Refusal of Delivery
Before accepting delivery, please ensure the packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If damaged, refuse delivery and contact us immediately at 1800 425 0818 or support@classiclegacy.in with your order number. Replacement will be arranged promptly.
Delivery Confirmation
Ensure you sign the delivery acknowledgment and inspect the package. Claims for damage will not be accepted beyond the returns policy. Classic Legacy will coordinate to resolve disputes when required.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are shown on the product page. Upon placing an order, you will receive email/SMS updates. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on accessibility or serviceability.
About Delayed Delivery
Delays may occur due to weather, transportation, natural calamities, political disruptions, logistics challenges, holidays, or other unforeseen events. If your estimated delivery date has passed, contact us to track your order. We will keep you updated via email/SMS.
Classic Legacy will not compensate for delays or inconvenience arising due to such reasons.
Shipping Charges

Payment Policy
All payments are collected through secure payment options. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All transactions are in Indian Rupees.
Credit/Debit Card Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and Diners cards. You will be redirected to your issuing bank’s site to complete payment.
Net Banking
Payments can also be made via Net Banking through multiple supported banks. You will be redirected to your bank’s site for authentication.
EMI Payments
EMI options are available for select credit cards as per bank terms. EMI-related charges are borne by the customer. Classic Legacy does not levy any additional processing fees.
Cash on Delivery
COD is available for eligible products and pin codes across India. Returns for COD orders are refunded via store coupon. Free COD is offered for all orders within India.
Pending or Failed Payments
Payments may fail due to incorrect card details, bank errors, connection issues, or exceeded limits. If payment fails, retry or contact your bank. Classic Legacy is not responsible for technical issues or wrongful debits.
Issuing Bank Terms
All transactions are governed by agreements between the user and the issuing bank/payment gateway.
PAN Requirement
For purchases equal to or exceeding INR 2,00,000, you must upload a copy of your PAN card. Orders may be cancelled if details do not match or are not provided in time. PAN submission is a one-time requirement.
